The apartments vary in size and the accommodation is to suit your requirements. All the units have colour TV with M-Net as well as a movie channel. (Movies have to be requested). Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette. All linen (except beach towels) is provided. There are beautiful views of the coastline from each apartment. You can actually lie on your bed and watch the waves breaking. All you have to do is bring yourself ! A Full Breakfast is served in the apartments for Business Persons only. Honeymooners may also apply for this! The Wing is a self catering flat with a double bed bedroom. In the open plan lounge there are also two single beds as well as four lounge chairs. There is a dining room table with four chairs. The flat has a bathroom and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The flat has a big balcony at the back to catch the morning sun and in the front - lovely deck overlooking the sea which has braai (barbecue) facilities. The Garden Flat has a luxury bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen as well as all the amenities mentioned above. The Garden Flat can accommodate four people and is completely open plan. The braai (barbecue) area is in the garden and also overlooks the sea. Except for 2 steps - which can be negotiated - this area is wheelchair accessible. Sunset Flat. Sleeps 2 (or 5-6 if combined with the Sunrise Flat through an inter leading door.) Bath, shower, kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room/bedroom. No balcony. Sunrise Flat. Sleeps 2-4 (or 5-6 if combined with the Sunset Flat) Shower, kitchenette and lounge which opens onto balcony with 180 degree view of the sea. Rockside. Bottom level. Sleeps 2-3. Two showers, kitchenette. Outside patio. Wash dishes and watch the sea! Anderson's Guest House "DOLPHINVIEW" is situated in the beautiful area of Beachview. Right on the seas edge separated only by the road. It is a 25 minute drive from the city centre of Port Elizabeth and easy access from the N2 Highway. The sea in front of the establishment is ideal for fishing or snorkeling. There are also ideal surfing and swimming beaches as well. Take lovely long beach walks on secluded beaches or drive the short distance to Maitland beach where huge sand dunes can be found....for sand boarding or climbing. Visit the Seaview Game Park which is just a few km. from the Guest House. Visit the van Stadens River Mouth. For those guests who wish to eat out, one of P.E.'s best restaurants is just 7 minutes away, as well as the Hotel which caters for dinner and dancing.
