Costa Smeralda offers self catering accommodation
to the discerning holiday maker.
Available are luxury apartments furnished with solid oak
furniture. Gourmet kitchen complete with washing machine, stove,
tumble drier, dish washer, fridge/freezer and all the cutlery and
crockery required.
Two and three double bed roomed apartments sleeping 4 to 6
persons are available. (6 to 8 persons if a sleeper couch is
used.) Each apartment has a main bedroom with walk through
cupboards and en-suite facilities. The other double bedrooms
have a separate toilet and shower and are fitted with built in
cupboards. Baby cots are available. Towels are provided but
Guests must bring their own beach towels.
There is a lounge/dinning room with a built in bar. Also fitted
is a colour TV with M-Net. The units are serviced daily.
Each flat has a private wide tiled balcony with a built-in braai
(barbecue) and an unobstructed 180 degree sea views.
Other facilities include swimming pool with braai (barbecue area)
- landscaped garden - tidal pool across the road. All the
facilities of a major holiday resort are available.
Margate is also well known for its beautiful safe swimming
beaches and good surf fishing facilities. Enjoy a quiet morning
or evening stroll along kilometers of Indian Ocean Seaboard.
Closeby are all sporting facilities. Costa Smeralda is
also close to the airport and the hospital. It is within walking
distance of the Margate CBD with its many fine restaurants and
other facilities.
Costa Smeralda is the ideal base from which to explore
the Tourist attractions of the Lower South Coast. Places of
interest within less than an hours drive are the Oribi Gorge -
The Wild Coast Casino - the petrified forest - the historic
narrow gauge Banana Express Steam Train and many other places of
interest.
